Spaghetti Carbonara Co. is a fictitious demo brand created as a teaching twin for Manufacturing Grammar and Fractional CTO sessions. It is not a live food business. There is no plant, no dry house and no production line. References to “our dry house”, lots, CCPs and bills of materials describe a case-study model, not real operations.
Nothing is for sale
No food products are offered, sold or delivered through these pages. There is no shop, cart, checkout, payment, stock or subscription. The “Book a Manufacturing Grammar session” and “Get the Classic kit” buttons open a conversation about Manufacturing Grammar or Fractional CTO work with Mark Preston. They do not place an order.
CapEx and the dry house
The dry house is a teaching twin only. No equipment has been ordered or purchased, and no CapEx figures are published here. Any financial modelling is used in private workshop sessions for teaching.
