What ships
- Our dry-house spaghetti — PSTA-001 · Stage 0. Durum semolina and water, extruded and dried in our dry house. One die, spaghetti only.
- Cured pork — GUAN-001. The label may say pancetta. Goods-in checks temperature and lot.
- Pecorino — Allergen + lot. Hard sheep’s milk cheese.
- Black pepper — Ambient. The fourth ambient line in the box.
- This card — CARD-001. Tells you what to buy, and to what spec, for the part we leave to you.
What does not ship
Eggs and cream are chilled and fragile. Shipping them would move a control point we cannot hold into a box we cannot watch. So we leave them out.
- Eggs — You buy them. The card gives the spec.
- Cream — Optional, for the British-style version only. Never in the Classic box.
The card is a spec sheet
