What this win meant to me
Some results mean more than the trophy. Shanghai was Lola Yamaha ABT’s first Formula E victory — and it came after one of those weekends that tests every part of a team.
The photograph catches the celebration. What it doesn’t show are the difficult decisions, the late nights, and the hundreds of small improvements behind it. Standing there with Lucas and the team, I felt proud not only because we had won, but because a new partnership had proved what it could do when everyone trusted the process and each other.
I want to share more moments like this — honestly, from inside the team — and the lessons they offer about leadership, technology and performance under pressure.
