Over my 30 years + in motorsports, I have been fortunate to work on a wide range of racing machines. These include Formula One (F1), Formula E, Formula Fords, and karts. At the same time, I experienced the electric vehicle revolution firsthand as one of the founding team principals in Formula E.
The latest car to add to My Cars is the Lola T001 Formula E car. It is in partnership with Yamaha. This car was announced at the inaugural ABB Formula E World Championship Tokyo ePrix, 2024.
Now, we are also experimenting with the autonomous vehicle industry with ADAS and self-driving with Oxa.
The Arrows A23 was one of the more famous cars that I was lucky enough to work on, it later became a Super Aguri SA05, and I will write that story soon. But in the meantime, take a look at F1’s video on what I would call “one of the most important cars in F1 history”.
